· Greeting and assisting patients and families with courteously in professional approach.· Provide clinical advice by phone/electronic correspondence in accordance with established triage protocols by relaying to patients including historical and current medical information.· Organize/scheduled 60+ patients for assessments in person or telephone appointments daily.· Responsible and manage advance document medical information into the electronic medical record to retrieve specifics data accordingly.· Follow-up schedule appointments, obtain insurance authorization, referrals from PCP and other specialists.· Provide support to billing managers with accounts receivable, patient issues, and collections.· Support and manage patience and care when addressing patient questions/concerns while adhering to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.· Assist with maintaining office supplies.
