Stephanie is an attorney at Baker Botts L.L.P. specializing in intellectual property law. She earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School, a M.S. from Stanford University, and a B.S. from Caltech in Mechanical Engineering. Her practice focuses on patent litigation and prosecution, and she has experience counseling clients on strategic patent portfolio development though preparation and prosecution of patent applications, as well as acquisition assessments, due diligence analysis, and freedom-to-operate opinions. She has also assisted clients with patent disputes before U.S. district courts, the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.Prior to her legal career, Stephanie was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow at Stanford University.
