Eucare is a PCC insurer for the European market, specialising in healthcare, income protection, personal accident and statutory insurance products. As the first official employee, I was involved in all the start-up preparations and later responsible for the onboarding and management of client operations.I was responsible for setting up the company structure, supervising all claims and underwriting processes, determining policy and pricing conditions and making sure that all required procedures were in place for audit & compliancy purposes. From the beginning I was part of the Management Team and presented the operational performance to the board of directors and shareholders.Some highlights of my achievements:- Management & supervision of all client portfolios, existing and new. Supervising MGAs which handled insurance claims and policy management on behalf of Eucare. Performing remote & on-site audits in order to evaluate the underwriting- and claims processes.- Leading & executing International Business Development initiatives in The Netherlands, France, Denmark and Germany.- Building and maintaining relationships with MGAs, corporate legal, consultants and reinsurers. - Set-up streamlined and regulatory approved onboarding procedures for MGAs.
