I began this journey making cold calls to software engineers, absolutely clueless of why I was calling them and clueless of what they were talking about. Fast forward four years and I have now successfully helped Start-ups, Private and Public Companies across all industries scale their teams. My style tends to go against the grain of what a traditional recruiter is. I am introverted, quiet, I don't know everything, I am not always right and I am not pushy. I am transparent as I possibly can be and I genuinely try to listen to all of my candidates wants, needs and desires in both their personal and professional lives. Just as I am a human being, so are the candidates I work with. My job isn't just about making a placement and moving on to the next. My goal is to build trust and ultimately a relationship with both candidates and clients.
