Focusing on supporting both Sephora and Ulta doors, I provide brand training for cast members. I specialize in eventing and providing client services such as a mini facial. This one on one times allows for clients to express any concerns for their skin or learn more about Murad's products. Setting and achieving personal daily goals while helping the business of the store is also a responsibility. Accounting for stock and the product displays are up to date is also a must to provide consistency in all locations.

Working primarily within Sephora doors, I provided Brand Focus Days and brand support. My primary focus was driving business through building rapport with Sephora Cast Members and educating both cast and clients about the brand.Other responsibilities were gathering store reports, monthly/ weekly numbers, inventory and managing payroll and mileage reporting.

While working for Sephora my position changed several times, from moving from full-time skincare consultant to CashWrap Coordinator to eventually becoming a Senior Skincare Advisor. As a Senior Skincare Advisor, my role was to provide district and regional training & certifications. My goal for this position was to help build cast member knowledge and empower customers to feel confident in their skin. This position was an elevated role which led me to build strong relationships with brands and help accounts grow stronger business.

While I was a long-term substitute at WMHS I followed lesson plans created by the teacher as well as created a few side lessons too. Since I was the substitute for about 6 weeks, I was grading and helping to support the teacher upon her arrival back.

Essential elements of my job title at Kiehl's are to open and close the registers, daily/ weekly/ monthly paperwork including the use of excel spreadsheets. My responsibilities also entail window changes and displays as well as artistically displaying new products and events on a chalkboard.

During my internship at MCCS, I taught a class of approximately 17 students ranging in grades 4-8. During this class, I instructed students on how to use their camera which ranged from DSLR's to camera phones. Students learned about composition, the history of photography and camera functions.

While working at Hunt's Photo and Video my responsibilities were to keep a balanced cash drawer, keep all shelves stocked and fronted. I was also responsible to take in restoration orders, VHS to DVD orders and film processing orders. Maintenance of instant digital prints was also part of my responsibilities as well as making copies of dvd's. Passport photos were also a commodity for both US and international photos.
