About Stephanie Wright, Capm

I love working on projects. I like starting a project, working through it, and then seeing it come to completion. I have over 15 years of experience working on Marketing and Operational projects. I have been involved in projects from managing and organizing the schedule, keeping the project on task and budget, and testing both individual tasks and end-to-end. But my favorite part of any project is the collaboration behind the project. I enjoy working with people, building relationships, collaborating, brainstorming, and mentoring others.I have worked in non-profits for most of my career. I've been a leader on my team, to those that I've managed, and to many others in differing departments. I love to see individuals grow and use their potential, skills, and talents at work. I also get excited about processes and procedures and helping departments improve their quality control and become more lean. I have a knack for learning software systems fast and writing instruction manuals. During my time away from the job, I enjoy riding my motorcycle, ATVing and camping with my husband, and completing household projects. I love to antique shop and go estate saling.
