1. Build the excel tools to execute and track pricing actions across all 14 AP countries & their channel segmentation.2. Ensure the price positioning and analysis on pricing scenario impacts3. Analyzes price requests from sales or customers by evaluating margin impact4. Prepare the PIPO/PRM file for 14 AP countries for product planning 5. To maintain price lists, contribute content for sales proposals, generate pricing reports on sales revenue.6. Support product forecast based on business strategy and execution status and participate with Commercial team for the S&OP process7. Work with Digital Marketing team to ensure that the right price point in our company website. 8. Prepare the financial report (such as standard margin and P&L impact) to provide the expertise on the product pricing trends. 9. Analyze and evaluate pricing and policy changes requested by sales, customer operations, product and channel teams to drive the proper approval10. Initialize cross functionally with product management, marketing, pricing strategy, finance, legal, operations, sales readiness and other internal teams to for new products & SKU/pricing. 11. Be business partner with IT team to initiate the business needs for the enhancement and also to solve the related issues/escalations 12. Work with Internal Audit and KPMG to ensure the pricing process aligned with SOX requirement13. Setup the retail product approval process for sample order , warranty order etc..14. Maintain the new T1 and T2 Customer on-boarding and generate the report to see the T1, T2 and TP customer15. Conduct the training session for new Employee
