My responsibilities and skills with Custom Touch Cleaning are rather broad. I am responsible for personnel recruitment, hiring and directly supervising all employees. I assume the task of monthly, quarterly and annual tax preparation for the company as well as completing each employee's W-2 forms. I also am responsible for bi-weekly payroll for all employees. In addition to the tasks listed above, I also work directly with current and potential customers. I am the customer's first point of contact with our company and am the person responsible for site visits and constructing bids for housekeeping services. I do regular site visits for all current contracts that we hold to ensure the quality of work that our company expects from our employees.
