San Francisco International Airport - Courtyard 3 Connector and Airport Integrated Operations Center ProjectThe $400 million Project is a progressive design-build of a new secure airport terminal passenger connector, and development and build-out of a multi-story building, which will house passenger amenities, executive offices, and an airport integrated operations center; the operations center will consolidate the airport’s communication center, security operations center, airside and landside operations, facilities maintenance, and customer care.

San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit - New Station Train Control Room Multiplex and Speed Encoding Equipment (NS MUX) The $22 million Project consists of managing the design, fabrication, manufacturing, testing, quality control, packaging, interface connections, integration testing, safety certification and commissioning of new Train Control Room Multiplex and Speed Encoding System Equipment at 25 train control room locations and a house at the Hayward Test Track. The Project provides a software-based train control system with improved communication abilities, as well as improved diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.--San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit - Systemwide HVAC Upgrades (Complete, closeout portion of contract)The $4.7 million Project involved the replacement and upgrade of HVAC equipment, modification and restoration of sidewalk and asphalt paving, and curb and gutter, and roof replacement at six locations throughout the BART system. It also included the roof replacement at one location as well as sidewalk and curb and gutter improvements.

San Francisco International Airport - AirTrain Extension Program (civil portion of program)The $252 million Program consisted of program management, design management and construction management services. Construction involved a 2,000 lineal foot extension of elevated trackway, two new stations tied into the new Hyatt Hotel and a new long term parking structure, installation of the automated people mover (APM) system for the extension, delivery and implementation of new APM vehicles, line-of-sight upgrades to the existing system, and upgrades to the central control center.

Fremont

San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District - Warm Springs Extension Project, Fremont, CAFremont Central Park Subway (FCPS) Contract. This $140 million design-bid-build contract involved the construction of a one-mile long cut-and-cover subway under Lake Elizabeth, two ventilation structures, and rough-in of electrical and mechanical elements.Line, Track, Systems, and Stations (LTSS) Contract. This $325 million design-build contract consisted of rail alignment at-grade, a bridge spanning over Walnut Avenue located directly over the Hayward Fault, a bridge spanning over Grimmer Boulevard, one new station with an elevated concourse and a grade-level platform to contain bike lockers, elevators, escalators, and electric vehicle charging stations, a reconstruction of Warm Springs Boulevard, and installation and testing of all systems elements.
