Assisted the VP of Credit in the daily operations of the office. I provided data entry of all applications for credit and provided Quality Control Assurance of applications into revolving credit accounts. Additionally, I handled inbound and outbound calls from cardholders regarding various credit transactions such as: credit line increases, balance transfers, and APR negotiations. Sometimes this required reviewing credit reports for credit based decisions on existing accounts. I was also cross-trained in Customer Service Call Center and Collections.

Worked directly under the Broker, Manager and Owner to provide assistance as needed. Great phone etiquette required to handle the phones and business for the owners, high level of organization required to manage agent licenses, company correspondence, compliance, announcements, and miscellaneous duties.
