Provides individual psychotherapy therapy to adults in Northern Virginia.

Identifies, assesses, and addresses the psychosocial needs of patients and their family members; advocates for better meeting of those needs with appropriate agencies or with further program development. Provides patients and families with crisis intervention counseling, long-term planning consultation, information and referrals to appropriate community resources, financial and/or healthcare resources.Consults with other members of the medical team at G.W. Develops implements and facilitates various psycho-educational support groups and programs for patients and/or their families.Provides services for and consult with the following clinics: Geriatrics Clinic, Memory Disorder Clinic, the MFA House Call Program, and IDT Palliative Care Team at the George Washington University Hospital.
