Served as Campaign Manager leading a cross-functional squad after being promoted from Campaign Executive.This dynamic and challenging digital marketing role for the UK's #1 Investment Platform, a FSTE 100 listed company, gave me great experience in the planning and delivery of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns. These diverse range of campaigns included: multi-product, promotional offers, and a more content-led, educational project for a brand new audience. Data-driven insights were used to shape campaign plans and ensure the right mix of digital channels were used - to create highly personalised customer experiences.With proficient skills in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, a key focus of the role was to analyse results of best performing content and media, to swiftly optimise activity and make the campaign as effective as possible. - MarComms / Copywriting / Content creation and production for emails, video, articles, owned media (website) for a variety of campaigns.- Digital Project Management: co-managed the website re-brand. Working with creative agencies to oversee the new 'look and feel'; producing copy changes to align with new tone of voice. Implementing all elements of the re-brand including the copy and creative assets through our website CMS, Umbraco.- Stakeholder Management: Working closely with our creative and digital agencies with end-to end campaign management. The largest project requiring exceptional stakeholder management, project management and leadership skills was the Post Office website re-brand.

This exciting role for the unique and beloved brand, Kiwibank, has allowed me to gain great insight and experience within the marketing/advertising division of the banking industry. This fast paced role supports the marketing team across a wide range of integrated campaigns, along with the development of my own campaign management skills. This graduate role in a small, but nationwide Hospital Chaplaincy charity, gave me great Communications and Fundraising experience, along with an understanding about not-for-profit organisations. My skill were developed, and experience achieved, through my responsibilities of:Fundraising -* Developing, and implementing a fundraising an acquisition strategy for ICHC, resulting in a 5% acquisition rate and meeting our growth objectives.* Conducting CRM / Account Management activities across a national fundraising donor list.Communications - * Collecting and collating meaningful health information, to solely produce ICHC’s monthly newsletter sent to over 500 stakeholders.*Producing regular communications and PR material externally to stakeholders and donors, along with internal communications on behalf of the senior management and CEO.

This position saw me implement marketing strategies and create campaigns for our social media accounts to achieve or objectives of: increasing brand awareness, engagement, and trial of our new business support app from our desired target audience . This was spanned across global markets.My favourite responsibilities of this role were:- Performing market research on the telecommunication industries of Mexico, Brazil and India.- Coordinating and implementing social media campaigns- Using my knowledge of buyer behaviour and product lifecycle, to assist with marketing strategies to further reach our target audiences in a saturated market.

I helped our store manage with serving customers front of house; Processing invoices, receipts and general data entry; Assisting with organizing our wine club tasting nights and events; Managing customer accounts for both of customers and business clients;Having to sample delicious wine, for product knowledge purposes.
