Board Certified in Family Medicine since 1998. Currently employed as a Clinical Advisor and Physician. I am a member of the Technology Leadership in addition to the Medical Executive Committee. I was in independent private practice for 14 years before joining an employee healthcare system 9+ years ago. During that time, I onboarded and trained over 250 physicians and nurse practitioners, led monthly audits of each clinician, and liaised between the Technology Department, Corporate leaders, and Clinics. I treat patients part-time and work remotely the rest of the time, assisting peers and support staff. My primary focus is improving workflow, expediting charting, and verifying evidence-based medical care in over 100 clinics nationwide.I was a lead physician on our COVID medical team, developing protocols and training for TeleHealth. I continue to create EMR training tips and tricks, author monthly physician newsletters, and produce our dynamic videos, which educate patients on their specific health issues.Prior to my current role, I was the Regional Medical Director of MedExpress Urgent Care, overseeing the state of Oklahoma. I was also responsible for inspiring and developing the After-Hours Urgent Care services at Harvard Family Medicine group, of which I was the sole provider for two years. I have been a Collaborative Physician and a medical consultant for Rubicon MD. I have also worked with a couple of companies and a Physician Reviewer.I enjoy working with peers and helping them return to the joy and purpose that brought them into medicine.
