Level 3 achievements include training and certifying Avcorp's inspector technicians; developing and maintaining procedures to ensure NDT department (UT and PT) achieves Nadcap accreditation. AS9100 Auditor for internal and external supplier audits.

Supporting development of new penetrant inspection line including NAS 410 certification procedures, operating procedures and preparation for Nadcap and Boeing accreditation.

Managed projects for Alcan and Toyota (CAPTIN) to quantify previously unknown material property data for use in aluminum industry process models and to improve in-line heat treatment efficiency of aluminum wheel manufacture.

Instrumental in running experimental project to help minimize stress corrosion of LP steam turbine blades during nuclear power generation for British Nuclear Fuels.

Responsibilities included technical, casting, heat-treatment, forging, machining, non-destructive testing and mechanical testing evaluation.
