Stephanie became a professional association manager began in August 2002 when she was hired by the Financial Planning Association of Northeastern NY, initially expecting a part-time commitment of 15 to 20 hours per month. Little did she know, this role marked the beginning of her second career.Her professional path began after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. Starting at a commercial bank, Stephanie transitioned to the Farm Credit Administration (FCA) in 1986 as an examiner in Albany. She earned her Commissioning in 1991 and lead audits of member institutions. The FCA's reorganization in 1995 saw the Albany office closed, prompting Stephanie to opt for a severance package to focus on raising her newborn son, later followed by two more children.Stephanie also serves as the Executive Director for the Estate Planning Council of Eastern New York and engages extensively in community volunteer work. She currently serves as South Colonie Central School District’s Board of Education president.
