-Responsible for overseeing all domestic/international shipments from manufacturing facilities to vendors/customers while maintaining compliance with US/International laws, as well as vendor standards and procedures-Maintains communications and secures delivery/pick-up appointments with all manufacturing facilities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, freight carriers (TL and LTL), and trading partners-Manages warehouse personnel and coordinates fulfillment of purchase orders, in addition to overseeing all in-house and 3rd party finishing work such as daily inspections and product quality control-Responsible for maintaining customer/order data, as well as preparing all relative documentation such as order confirmations, packing lists, Bill of Ladings, invoices, etc.-Coordinate, set up, and test all new EDI and Non-EDI accounts-Monitors all inbound and outbound EDI documents (832,850,856, 860, and 810) in addition to UCC-128 and UPC-A type labels between the company and its respective trading partners-Maintains the company catalogue with GXS (formerly known as Inovis)-Handles extensive email/phone correspondences with customer, sales and production representatives-Responsible for researching and deputing vendor chargebacks

-Styled clients in accordance with their specific needs/requests (i.e. events, weddings, interviews, everyday wear, etc.) with wardrobe and accessories-Responsible for promoting sales of current and past clothing & accessory collections and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals-Responsible for keeping an up-to-date client book and maintaining contact in regards to collection release dates and promotional sales

-Responsible for promoting sales, providing customer service, building customer relationships and offering rewards memberships-Assisted manager with merchandising that coincides with company promotions-Responsible for categorizing, merchandising, and case mechanics of shipment

-Responsible for attending scheduled fittings with select members of the design and production team-Assisted in styling looks for runway shows and photo shoots-Assisted production team with the detailing and tagging of various garments, as well as organized and packaged individual customer orders

-Managed and executed doctor’s schedule in accordance with patient availability, updated all patient files; managed record-keeping-Collected payments and managed account balances
