Additionally, I am responsible for the design and implementation of remediation and site enabling works for proposed residential development sites. Projects have included the remediation of a former asbestos product factory, the site enabling works of a former cotton and textile mill and a former tannery, all with different levels of contamination and therefore requiring a range of differing skills.
