Hunter New England Central Coast PHN is a not-for-profit organisation funded to the efficiency and effectiveness of the primary health care system. My role is to provide support, assistance, guidance, and resources to general practice teams including administration, Practice Managers, Primary Health Care Nurses and General Practitioners. Topic areas include programs and incentives, chronic disease management, clinical systems, Continuing Professional Development, Quality Improvement activities, Improving patient health outcomes, Models of Care including nurse-led clinics, Accreditation, and Health Promotion.

Southerncross Electrical Service (S.E.S) is a family run business in the New England and North West region providing electrical services to commercial, industrial, residential and rural customers and businesses with the old fashion dedication to service and value for money. We specialise in: new homes, sheds, renovations, maintenance contracts, solar including stand alone systems, battery storage and pumps, new installations and upgrades and subcontracting.

New England Medicare Local is a not for profit, public company who assisted people around the New England North West region to access health care services they need. My role focused on organising and facilitating meetings, seminars, workshops, and education events for primary health care professionals and internal and external stakeholders. I was also responsible for managing budgets, creating and distributing documents including flyers and surveys, and developing and maintaining professional contacts, partnerships, and networks.

My role was to assist in the day to day administrations of a busy general practice. My responsibilities included answering telephones, message taking, book appointments, banking, customer service, mail collecting and distribution and faxing, scanning and filing of correspondence.
