As a Mortgage Loan Consultant, I was responsible for researching loan programs to find the best fit to help the client reach their financial goals. I was also the Sr. Loan Processor in the office and handled all auditing and required compliance for all files.

Responsible for full processing of loan files for 30 loan officers. In my time working here, I also trained Loan officers on how to properly qualify borrowers and was able to increase company production and closing ratios.

Reviewed loan programs and guidelines to ensure files met needed criteria. Submitted loans for approval using various AUS systems. Processed loans in 50 states maintaining state specific guidelines and compliance.

At Crystal View Mortgage, I helped train new loan officers on how to complete applications and basic overview of mortgage transactions. I also processed loans for 20 agents as the sole processor while increasing production and office revenue.

While working for Emery Financial, I was responsible for the loan file from setup through funding. I worked closely with title, appraisers, lenders and clients to ensure a smooth closing. I submitted loans through various internet based lender approval systems, drew my own loan documents and funded my own loans.

As a MLOA, I received initial client calls obtaining information to qualify borrowers. I assisted in researching loan programs and maintained contact with clients.

Inputting loans into Calyx Point, ordering appraisals and opened escrow. I tracked conditions and supported Sr. Loan Processor and Loan Officer.
