Superbloom Education Consultant supports students by building confident educators and empowering families. We provide curated educator training, focused in Early Childhood and Special Education. We also do family advocacy for those looking for more Special Education support. At Superbloom, we believe that we can grow stronger together.

I'm a freelance writer working on blog articles on the topics of travel, education and environmental awareness. I have been published on sites such as WeAreTeachers and the Matador Network, along with writing my own travel blog called WalkAbout365. I have also been working on an original children's book series.

As the Director of the school, I oversee daily operations and staff management of the center. I also worked with prospective and enrolled families, helped teachers in classrooms, and provided teacher training. I’m taking a short break from this position for maternity leave.

I was a teacher in the Toddler classroom (2020-2021) as well as a substitute teacher (2021-2022) while I was at home with my newborn son. While here, I was the teacher representative on the Board, helping to guide operations and policies at the school.

I was a pre-Kindergarten teacher in a general education class. I supported the self-contained special needs classroom throughout the year, filling in as the teacher and also opening my classroom to students who were ready for inclusion opportunities. I was the Chair of the PBIS team, which successfully implemented a school-wide PBIS model, and lead to a decrease in negative student behaviors. I was also an active member of the Family and Community Engagement team, where we coordinated and assisted families with educational questions and resources.

I was a pre-Kindergarten teacher in both special education and general education classrooms. While working in the general ed classroom, I frequently helped out with the self-contained special needs classroom, and opened my classroom to students who were ready for inclusion opportunities. I lead the acquisition and operation of the Shwab Learning Garden, a school and community wide project which provided hands on learning for the students, and food harvested from our garden was donated to the local community. I was also the Co-Chair for the Heathy School Team and Safety Team, where I revised the school safety plans to be more efficient, as well as provided training to staff, families and students.
