Stephanie Crouch is a Solutions Consultant specializing in state government at MediSked, the leading brand in holistic solutions that improves lives, drives efficiencies and generates innovations for human service organizations that support out community. Previously, Stephanie worked in state government for 7 years, most recently as a home and community-based services Program Manager. Throughout her tenure she managed two 1915(c) waivers, the Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly, State Plan personal assistance service and the Money Follows the Person grant. Additionally, Stephanie led the development of a web-based platform for the Aging and Disability Resource Center, served on various operating committees to procure a new long-term care case management system and electronic visit verification vendor, and coordinated the completion of 800+ surveys annually for the National Core Indicators-Aging and Disability survey.
