In my role, I collaborate with faculty and students to assess tutoring needs and coordinate diverse tutoring services, including in-person, online, and athletic study table offerings. I analyze data to identify target subjects for the Personal Tutor Program, and recruit, train, and oversee tutors. Additionally, I co-developed tutor training modules, manage personnel files, and promote tutoring schedules and academic support offerings. As the administrator of WCOnline, I schedule tutors efficiently. I represent the Academic Support Center at campus events and assist in student retention through mentoring. Collaborating with the Director of Academic Support Services, I contribute to developing academic support initiatives to enhance student success and retention. I also supervise work study support staff, manage tutoring training budgets, and coordinate exam scheduling and proctoring for students with testing accommodations. Beyond my job description, I fulfill various roles such as serving on committees and providing additional student support services.

This was a summer internship, that helped improve my office skills and recruitment strategies.

• Treat, tape, take care of athletic injuries, and provide first aid under the guidance and supervision of the certified athletic trainer and team physician• Assist in the keeping of injury records (accident reports, treatment logs, physician referrals, etc.) • Get sports medicine equipment ready for practices and games and assist in the clean-up following those events• Always work on improving knowledge and skills of athletic injuries and procedures• Work with rehabilitation of injured athletes under the supervision of the certified athletic trainer• Assist the certified athletic trainer in making inventory of equipment and supplies
