I'm on a mission to transform education by empowering early career teachers. Witnessing the staggering statistic that 66% of teachers lack access to mentors in their first five years (AITSL), I know change is needed.  With 15+ years teaching experience in UK & Western Australian primary schools, I've seen the burnout firsthand.  edCollective, launched in December 2023, bridges the gap by providing personalised coaching and mentoring programs specifically designed for early career teachers.  Schools are often time-constrained, so edCollective offers a flexible, convenient solution for both teachers and leadership.  Through mentorship, teachers gain valuable insights, refine essential skills, and build resilience – leading to higher student engagement and improved retention rates.  This is just the beginning for edCollective!
