Ambulatory Provider (Specialist Training Specialist) training for Barnes Jewish Christian / Washington University, St. Louis; trained and/or facilitated classes while the MD specialists trained. Held Personalization Labs to help providers customize Epic including creating unique SmartLinksfrom flowsheet data and custom result links. Helped with Haiku and M*Modal installation and usage. Provided go-live support to AMBand PHX end users; transplant MD and Internal Med clinics and the Transplant Coordinators and Financial Counselors.

Ambulatory Provider and Clinical Staff “At The Elbow” support for Cook Children's go live in Fort Worth, TX.Responsibilities included assisting with workflows, Epic functionality, logging of issues (tickets), follow up on fixes and communication with all staff.

Developed training modules to be used onsite or via distance communication for new software being developed for Coast Community College District and their partners in England. Evaluated and communicated software specification requirements for developers from clients to programmers.

Oversaw employee safety program including conducting regular inspections, recommending solutions to problems, administering safety incentive programs, updating management, working with OSHA.

Planned and managed a $6 million project to computerize manual record keeping linking accounting inventory, demographics, client information. Involved with hardware selection/implementation, software development, logistics of change-over from manual to computer accounting systems.1) Conceived and developed training materials for computer training: software and hardware use; developed modular self-training updates.2) Selected 15 trainers to instruct nationwide, resulting in a tremendous team effort that expedited the mission months ahead of schedule.3) Prepared system trainers to have exemplary training skills and a thorough, comfortable working knowledge of software using dialog, role-playing and hands-on scenarios that resulted in uniform presentations.
