Providing a high level of professional support and P&L management in the daily performance of the flagship store. Creating a premium store environment through monitoring team service and shop floor standards. Improving store performance through driving sales and monitoring KPIs such as ATV and UPT. Contributed towards improving turnover v LY from -24 to +8% YTD. Supporting the regional manager in creating and developing a professional, passionate and service driven store team through coaching and motivational initiatives. Responsible for supporting store merchandising decisions and tailoring stock packages in order to meet client expectations, and to further drive sales performance. Maintaining high levels of visual merchandising and remaining commercial in a highly competitive environment. Ensuring consistent and effective communication across all levels of the business from shop floor to head office, and building/maintaining professional relationships with both Selfridges and Karen Millen management.
