I am currently the Programme Co-ordinator for the following programmes: Mini Bairns, In-School Coaching, Girls & Women's Community Teams & Holiday Camps.Mini Bairns: Pre-School Football (18months - 4.5yrs)I created and implemented a new coaching curriculum for our youngest players in order to teach them the necessary skills needed to progress onto the next level. In-School Coaching: Primary Schools (P1 - P7)I work closely with Active Schools to plan, promote & run various in-school coaching sessions throughout term time. Girls & Women's Community Teams: U7's - Senior WomenImplemented a full pathway from U7s to Senior Women, one of the very few clubs to currently have this in place in Central Scotland. I am responsible for all administration duties regarding the 10 teams as well as ensuring all coaches have relevant and up-to-date qualifications. I have also trained & mentored older players to become coaches at the younger age groups.Holiday Camps: Easter, Summer, October & Christmas (2 - 14yrs)I plan, promote and run holiday activity for local children to attend. Give young coaches valuable 'live' experience by assisting Lead Coaches and helping deliver the sessions. I am responsible for recruiting, training and management of all part-time staff and volunteers. I oversee the finances for the organisation, process staff wages as well as submitting all member direct debits and submitting Gift Aid claims.I have also delivered employability programmes aimed at helping specific groups of people gain SQA qualifications and providing them with the necessary skills needed to gain employment.

I have also delivered our week-long camps away from home, to date, in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. I maintain my coaching standards to a consistently high standard at all times in order to enhance the club’s reputation as well as my own. I have received many personal commendations, had letters of thanks from children and overseas clubs have requested that I work with them again in the future.
