I am in charge of the Capol product line in Mexico, Central America and Colombia, seeking to strengthen relationships with customers, understanding the needs of customers and seeking to support them with the products.Being a multinational company, I also do Networking work with my colleagues to keep costumers updated on what is happening in the confectionery industry in the world.

I looked market needs and new opportunities for raw materials and suppliers with quality, good service, competitive price and that they were at the forefront of their industry.In addition, I did prospection and suggestions in the application of food additives like colorants, flavors, emulsifiers, etc, also helps the costumers to improvements their processes.

I communicate the events of the market to the trading partner. Also to the customers and collaborators of the company, made them aware of the new launches, market niche, application sector, among others, depending on the case.Observed the needs of the market, product rotation and according to the above made decision for the acquisition of inputs, as well as look for alternatives for cost reduction.I followed all the projects that the consultants have with clients.

Prospecting, advising on the application of additives, process improvements, BPM and packaging were other activities.

I worked in quality assurance, nutritional labeling subdivision and normativity. I elaborated the nutritional labels, the declaration of ingredients and the application of the pertinent regulations for the products of Bimbo. I had direct dealings with suppliers to update nutritional information, ingredients, and functionality of these.I helped to R&D with the handling of formulas, as well as the knowledge of the functionality of the ingredients used for the realization of the various products that Bimbo has.I optimized the system in which we generated the nutrient labels, homologating the declaration of ingredients and minimizing with possible errors that were presented previously.
