I founded the Stephanie Decker Foundation (501 3(c)) and continue to operate the foundation with two key objectives for community support:Kids with prosthetics: My husband and I love kids and sports, and we especially love kids playing sports! We want to help children with prosthetics get involved in sports and enjoy the same athletic opportunities as others.Access to leading-edge prosthetics: I have been fortunate to have access to some of the latest high-tech prosthetics available, but many more people don't have that same technology available to them. Joe and I want to help ordinary people get access to extraordinary technology to help them with their mobility.

Helped create a new revenue stream for our sleep team by introducing curbside Home Sleep Studies during Covid. Managed and oversaw all aspects of the customer experience including patient eligibility, quality control, process improvements and system maintenance.

Scored and analyzed all sleep studies company-wide and prepared reports for physicians. Trained sleep technicians in a unique home based, overnight sleep study business model.
