Produce and account manage for the adidas account multiple simultaneous projects that range in scale from global seasonal brand initiatives including design concepting, photo and video shoot, asset creation and file release to concepting, development, production and installation of in store shop in shops and branded displays. adidas categories include global running, basketball, Own Store retail and Sports Licensing Division (NBA).

Oversee operations of USA office managing a staff of 12 people. Account and Project Manage projects for custom store fixtures, environments and promotional projects for large multinational brands on a global scale from design and engineering through production, shipping and installation. Clients include Nike, adidas, adidas Golf, Diesel, Yo Cream, and Ted Baker.

Serviced our nationwide distributors by fulfilling custom booth and display orders. Produced quotes and booth layouts based on renderings. Provided internal production leads with detailed Vectorworks 3-D drawings, dxf files, finishing specs and graphics. Handled multiple large scale projects simultaneously with a keen eye on budget and rigid timelines.

Executed client-facing initiatives frequently onsite at Nike HQ; engineered several simultaneous creative projects from concept to completion; integrated the agency process with the print work we do in-house. Assisted exhibitors with standard rental items and custom orders. On site troubleshooting. Show audits. Point of contact between exhibitors, show management, account executives and local union labor forces.
