As an assistant manager I had multiple responsibilities in my position. I ran business during the day, always multitasking but my main focus was the customer. Customer service was my main priority. I delegated task to my associates, performed opening and closing duties, keep track our our performance to make sure we were meeting goals. I kept the store clean and shoppable for the customer. In running the store I also made sure to complete any task that corporate sent out to the field stores.
