My scope of responsibility covers all HR programs and services including compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, workforce planning, policy compliance and recruiting. • Partner with hiring managers to run general staffing activities, job requirements, salary ranges, relocation benefits, job posting, and other related activities • Revised company-wide on-boarding program bringing new hires up to speed with less downtime• Develop and implement solutions to people related challenges based upon HR expertise and in-depth understanding of the business• Counsel managers on the appropriate handling of performance issues and assist with performance improvement activities including facilitation of employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes, as appropriate• Recommend and implement HR policies and procedures to facilitate organizational growth, and to further improve organizational capability
