As a graduate student worker in the graduate admissions office I was responsible for keeping track of hundreds of student files, updating spreadsheets, and notifying program directors when a student's file was ready to be reviewed. I kept track of students' scholarship applications and certifications.

As a sales associate it was my job to make the customer's shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. I would assist customers by finding other sizes and colors throughout the store. When working in the fitting room I would bring additional merchandise so that customers could see things they might have missed. I would process sales, returns, and exchanges at the checkout. I was also a cash handler which authorized me to count the money in the register after an employee's shift was over. This allowed the store keep track of overages and shortages within in each cash register and know exactly who was using that register when the discrepancy occurred.
