My name is Stephanie Dew. I have a bachelors degree in Business Management. I most recently worked for Rimports LLC and was there since 2010. I started working as a production floor employee. After one year I advanced to the position of production floor supervisor. There I supervised a team of 40 employees along with the production of all candles on two machines for a period of 8-10 hours a day. I then started working in the color lab and after two weeks was advanced to Color Specialist. For the course of two years I ran my own department meeting all deadlines, setting high expectations for myself, and exceeding everyone's expectations. In August of 2014 I was advanced to Color Lab Manager where I worked for five months to train three people to take over my position. In January of 2015 I started working with the inventory control department for my internship. I worked to track inventory changes from existing to deleted inventory as well as using company history and industry knowledge to start forecasting production. I work well with teams and alone. I excelled in my classes on Microsoft excel. I learn very quickly and always give 110%. I have a great work ethic and have been told that I am very easy to work with.
