Co-owner and co-Director of Innovarchi.Design concepts and creation of innovative projects including Single Residential, Multi-Residential, Hotels, Cultural buildings, Urban Design, Placemaking, Precinct & Ground Plane Design. The role also included development of Feasibility Concepts and Feasibility Master planning. Project budgets ranged from less than $1m to over $600m. All the projects were unique, being designed specifically for the individual brief and site. Attention to detail and research especially during the Concept stage when understanding the buildability and financial feasibility of the idea were a crucial part of the design process. Specific focus was paid to the development of the construction details and materials technology as these are also of paramount importance to the beauty and longevity of any project. Innovarchi projects have been completed in a number of different countries and focused on unique Environmentally sustainable and Innovative design. Clients were both individuals and corporations from Australia and many other parts of the world. The team worked in collaboration with other Architectural firms and Developers on most offshore projects and gained extensive experience reviewing and commenting on the work of other Architectural practices. The designs have been published widely in Design books, other print media and on the web. The projects were the result of a collaborative effort between the Innovarchi Architects team, the clients and our consultants.
