Compassionate and Caring Charge Nurse for A.L (Assisted Living) at River Bend in Rochester, Minnesota. Beautiful brand new facility compared to older facilities built over 10 plus years ago or more. There are 4 floors in assisted living and most residents are independent with mobility and transfers, toileting self, and requires minimum to almost no help (no touch;just hand over hand or stand by assist for visual cues and redirection) or almost no help daily with most or almost all or most of ADL’s is able to perform on own. Otherwise I would not recommend placement if the above is not in place mentioned for possible move ins. Thanks.
