Acting as main contact with customers and communicate with project stakeholders at all levels.Project team leadership, ensuring that engineering, production, test, product development, purchasing and quality assurance activities are aligned to project objectives. Adherence to project governance and cadence policies. Developing partnerships with key customers and third partiesIdentify development areas for delivery of projects and management of internal projectsLeading the delivery team in the implementation of solutions linked to the identified development areasChange management to ensure successful implementation of the solutions, monitor and measure the success of the implemented solutions and ensure compliance.

Projektleder avdelningsöverskridande projekt, affärsutvecklingsprojekt samt större projekt som påverkar delar och/eller hela organisationen. Arbetar även med att utveckla projektkontoret med visionen att leda, motivera och stödja arbete i projektform. Utbildar, samordnar och stödjer projektledare och beställare på alla nivåer i hela organisationen. Arbetar nära ansvarig för ledarskapsutveckling för att säkra kvalitén i samtliga projekt.
