I interned for Microsoft's Health Futures team within the organization's Research & Incubation group, helping to build new AI products for real-world evidence use cases in healthcare through the lens of strategy, product management, product marketing, and partnerships.

I specialized in strategy consulting for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients across multiple therapeutic areas, focusing on product launch, competitive analysis, and disruptive technologies. I have lead or supported 60 projects and business development proposals, largely related to pricing, market access, product positioning & messaging, and stakeholder segmentation using data- and customer-driven insights. Specifically, my position entailed working collaboratively within multiple project teams to drive analytical work-steams and communicate strategic business insights to senior leadership and clients. The work-streams that I conducted and managed include competitive landscape assessments, financial modeling, market research (interviews, surveys, and focus groups), and cross-functional workshop facilitation. My work at CRA also included co-authorship of a three-part series on gene therapy focused on how to address challenges related to development, pricing, and commercialization of these products. This white paper has been leveraged to develop content for additional articles and presentations/panels at several conferences, including the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference and BIO-Europe.
