• Analyze balance sheet assets (prepaid deposits) to understand if future benefits have expired or been used through coordinating with Business teams. Providing Assistant Controller with analysis to make determination to write off• Reconcile Intercompany Accounts Receivable and Payable as part of the monthly close• Prepare bank reconciliations• Submit Quarterly Balance Sheet projections to forecast prepaid deposits throughout the year• Prepare Non-Gaap reporting to be provided to Corporate Finance• Organize and ensure completion of reconciliation and journal entry binders for audit review• Post journal entries and provide supporting details and/or approvals• Perform initial analysis of Legal Fees to clarify the proper booking of all fees and settlements • Analyze Agency Billings and investigate any concerns from the Agencies to see if any adjustments are needed

• Prepare journal entries to record new car revenue and calculate the associated cost of sales for each transactions• Issue disbursements needed to close out car deals/sales• Report on net profit on a monthly basis to management• Calculate commissions for salespersons• Report incentive program results to Nissan Corporate Office• Ensure that car deal/sales files are complete and that all necessary paperwork (including motor vehicle documentation) is contained in those files• Submit and process customer warranty contracts and other after-sell paperwork in connection with car sales
