The Garden Counseling was created with a vision. Our vision is to sow the seeds for a safe and restful place where clients can cultivate growth and heal.

• Conduct weekly individual and couples sessions with children and adults diagnosed with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship distress, sexual abuse, grief and loss, addiction, and more.• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are based on accurate diagnosis of the presenting problem and maintain up-to-date progress notes

• Conduct weekly individual and couples sessions with children and adults diagnosed with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship distress, sexual abuse, grief and loss, addiction, and more.• Supervising and Co-facilitating student interns in counseling sessions• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are based on accurate diagnosis of the presenting problem and maintain up-to-date progress notes

• Conduct weekly individual sessions with children and adults diagnosed with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship distress, sexual abuse, grief and loss, addiction, and more.• Mentor new Counseling students to empower and direct academic and professional success.• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that are based on accurate diagnosis of the presenting problem and maintainup-to-date progress notes

• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations. • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. • Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public. • File and maintain records. • Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. • Keep a current record of staff members' whereabouts and availability.

• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor. • Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, or running errands. • Care for individuals during periods of incapacitation, family disruption, or convalescence, providing companionship, personal care, or help in adjusting to new lifestyles. • Transport clients to locations outside the home, such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using a motor vehicle. • Instruct or advise clients on issues such as household cleanliness, utilities, hygiene, nutrition, or infant care. • Perform healthcare-related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of Safe House Directors.

• Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. • Transport clients to locations outside the home, such as to physicians' offices or on outings, using a motor vehicle. • Participate in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client's needs and plan for continuing services. • Provide clients with communication assistance, typing their correspondence or obtaining information for them.
