I do secretarial, cashiering and loss prevention work for Tourneau. Ensure all security measures are met upon completing high dollar sales, keep records of all interactions within and outside the store, answer incoming and complete outgoing calls, monitor security cameras, pack and unpack merchandise, and complete daily records of inventory.

I assisted customers with men's attire. I helped them with sizing, suit and tie selection, ordering items, purchasing merchandise, credit applications, rewards memberships, and general inquiries. I also completed stock, mark-downs, cleaned fitting rooms hourly, new associate training, assisted other departments including women's, children's and tools.
