Drop Ship Program Manager• Work directly with 25+ outside vendors• Transmit orders to vendors daily• Reconcile all invoices • Keep track of backorders, credits, and returns• Manage stock on our website including availability and pricing• Handle all customer service issues for our vendors and our customers• Conduct all training on DS procedure• Work with key accounts on large orders• Source and order special products• Provide freight quotes for ground and truck line shipmentsCustomer Care Projects Coordinator• My main goal is to satisfy our customer’s needs with a positive interaction to preserve and maintain a long term relationship. • Adhere to and implement procedures to help prevent against loss• Training of staff and creation of training documents which is crucial to their development in the resolution of customer service issues• Excellent knowledge of products advertisement and promotional strategies.• Provide supervision ensuring that regulatory procedures and processes are followed. • Work with the sales staff team to ensure and enhance customer service.• Assist purchasing and marketing with inventory. • Assist with customer orders as needed• Take escalated calls from customers• Quote and execute international shipments • Monitor and review all task assignments and records required for problem resolution and accurate documentation.• Assist in resolution and accurate documentation of problems that originate during the warehouse fulfillment. • Accurately document the physical return of products and issuing credits to credit cards accordingly
