Promote products and services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.Execute corporate and leisure events from the point of conception to final payment .

Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel. Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales. Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition. Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients. Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and close on business. Support hotels service and relationship strategy, drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Responsible to book, plan and execute corporate and leisure events. Work very closely with the Chef and Banquet Manager to ensure that the clients expectations are met and exceeded.
