• Managed claim process for Domestic and International shipments, • Created new SOP for Import freight claim process• Managed account payables for both Import and Domestic transportation invoices

Placed at Bose Corporation: • Conducted daily meetings with carriers and West Coast colleagues in regards to expected imports• Monitored both foreign and domestic Parcel, FTL, LTL, Air and Ocean shipments• Created training guides and analyzed carrier cost savings throughout the entire supply chain as well as managing KPI’sCreate new claims process for damaged returns
