As an Account Handler, I communicate daily with client's, assisting with renewals, and remarketing risks where necessary.I process any customer queries on behalf of my Account Executive, and issue endorsements, and Policy documents once processed.A large part of my role, includes effective communication between colleagues, clients and insurers and I believe this is one of my strengths.I enjoy speaking with customers, and helping my colleagues and I am driven by working as a team and acheiving deadlines and targets.

I work within Commercial Motor Claims at Aviva, dealing with other insurers, brokers, policy holders, police and other representatives etc.I am Captain of a team, Driving Innovation, who came up with an idea to improve customer service, and was lucky enough to compete in a competition with this idea. We recently have returned from Switzerland, where we came 3rd worldwide in this competition, which has made me realise a lot about processes, people, and performance.
