-Responsible for growing the Citi Home Equity business from 12 underwriting employees to over 197 in 2.5 years. This included staffing underwriters and doc review for our O’Fallon site, new site in Des Moines, Flex Place (work from home) and Off Shore (India) staff. -Hold a $2,000,000.00 signing authority. Manage Underwriter and Channel Quality that included working with QC (Quality Control) using independent file review results, Ops Control (3rd party reviews) and File Reviews conducted at the Risk Manager level to ensure quality standards were met. Created daily MIS to manage our published daily SLA (Service Level Agreement) to our customers. Develop and implementation of strategic initiatives. Ensure the channel meets all Compliance requirements by assisting SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), OCC (Office of the Comptroller of the Currently) and OTS (Office of Thrift Supervision's) in yearly channel reviews.

Managed a team of 12 – 35 employees, this included all facets from receipt of the file through funding and post closing. Held a $750,000.00 signing authority. Prepared daily production numbers and ensured turn times and published SLA's were met to our customers. Provided training and updates to the staff as needed. Also managed the Combo HELOC (1st mortgage with a 2nd closing simultaneously). Created a process to track reimbursement of 2nd mortgages for all Combo HELOC's which brought all past due accounts due to CitiMortgage current which resulted in positive savings.

Held signing authority of $750,000.00, including FHA CHUMS number to underwrite for FHA and VA LAPP authority. Managed 12-24 Underwriters, Processors and Closers through the cradle to grave process with our Texas sales team. We processed, underwrote, closed and funded 1st mortgage loans. Our products included FHA, VA and Conventional loans.Managed process with our Texas Attorney’s to review and prepare closing packages.
