As a recent graduate from Southern New Hampshire University's Master of Science Business Analytics program, I am interested in deepening my understanding of other industries, exploring new technologies, and solving interesting and challenging problems. My educational experience includes using the Python programming language to connect to APIs, cleaning, analyzing data, and use library tools for machine learning. I was introduced to SQL, used advanced Excel features for financial modeling and forecasting, and extensively used Tableau for data exploration, visualization, and storytelling. Outside my formal education, I am adept at Microsoft Excel, programming with language VBA, and Microsoft Power platform tools (Automate, SharePoint, Apps, and BI) to automate processes, data connections, and create reports and dashboards.By utilizing SharePoint as a department communication hub, I have assisted my employer to organize the information needed to regularly communicate both internally and externally, created Lists to support data needs and formatting for best user functionality, and document libraries to manage department items and workflows. Utilizing Power Apps, I developed a custom credit card expense report application to meet the unique needs of my employer. Through the use of Excel, I have created a more in depth automated document creation and management process where other technologies were not available and to create supporting tools for other departmental needs not requiring a larger scale implementation.
