I am well organised, ambitious, and enjoy challenging myself. During my role as a training officer I have managed a variety of projects which required the design, development and evaluation of training and learning interventions. The role demands management skills, effective communication with different departments, self-motivating as well as effective organisation and time management to ensure engaging training material is produced and evaluated effectively. In both my teaching and training experience I have gained key delivery skills by teaching and training a variety of sessions, both theoretical and practical. This experience allowed me to gain a broad experience of delivering different subject areas; receiving excellent feedback from colleagues and learners that I create a positive and purposeful learning environment.
