• Over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and project management• 10 years of management leading PMO team and multiple technical teams in a complex, diverse, challenging business, and fast pace environment• Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in project management• A certified PMP and Scrum Master, 23 years of IT Project Management, extensive knowledge of project management processes and methodologies, successfully managing multiple projects of various sizes and complexity simultaneously, and delivering the projects within scope, on schedule, within budget; experience with managing large cross-functional teams and hands-on with SDLC• Build, influence, lead and motivate teams towards end results• Work effectively with senior leadership, business owner, IT personnel, and vendor• Thorough knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile development, Kanban, and waterfall methodology• Help educating the team of Scrum framework, ensure the established Agile process being followed, remove impediments to enable the team to meet sprint goals• Strong experience with MS Office products and project management tools• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
