Overall, I have 9 years of research experience. I started in market research and transitioned over to user and UX research in 2018.I consider myself a mixed-method researcher. Still, I am a true advocate for qualitative research. Interviewing people brings me the most joy in my job and really drives my research passion by putting the user in the centre of things and asking them a bunch of smart questions.Over the last 6 years, I have worked with clients from various industries such as healthcare & pharma, finance & insurance, automobile, e-commerce, energy, electronics, media, and FMCG.Long-term projects I choose intentionally. I want to care about the product to conduct user interviews and learn about the user’s intentions, struggles, and needs.I just recently moved from Berlin to Wiesbaden. In my private time, I prefer to switch off my laptop and work with my hands, either doing pottery, gardening work or building things.I conduct research for all stages of the product development process by offering - Workshop facilitation- Qualitative User Research: usability testing / in-depth interviews / focus groups / competitor analysis / persona creation- Quantitative User Research: user surveys / unmoderated UX studies / card sorting / data analysis in SPSS- Defining the foundation and establishing user and UX research processes in your team
