In 2011, Stephanie's Lifeline H.O.P.E. was founded by myself and the BOD's Secretary Amie Kidane. As the Executive Director, I selected our Board of Directors and also plan and coordinate the Board of Director meetings. All day to day processes, activities, drives, and fundraisers are planned and supervised by me with the help of volunteers and BOD members. The growth and development of Stephanie's Lifeline are my first priorities as the Executive Director. The bigger we grow and the more we learn about nonprofits and Seattle's homeless population, the more people we are able to help. I am consistently researching current events pertaining to the homeless population and nonprofit news in order to better our nonprofit. I am responsible for fundraising, process development, volunteer supervision, event coordination, program managment and so much more as the Executive Director of Stephanie's Lifeline. Currently I run our Clothing Bank and Search & Rescue programs, coordinate all of our drives and fundraisers, update all of our social networking sites including our blog and website.

Providing case management to homeless individuals who are living in city funded homeless encampments in King County.

As a staff accountant I have been responsible for entering deposits and payments, entering payables, writing checks for payables, minimal billing responsibilities, bank reconciliation, staff and agency payroll journal entries, assisting payroll staff, income statements, reporting to Executive and Finance Directors, entering customer contracts, and other tasks assigned by directors. As eye clinic supervisor my responsibilities include prepping patient and volunteer files, directing patients and volunteers during appointments, pre-screening patients for optometrist, scheduling appointments, updating patient paperwork, and maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA).

As a receptionist for Cristwood, I am responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and giving direction to visitors, making info and admission packets, inventory and cash register for small gift shop, mail forwarding, and projects assigned by management.

As the Administrator at Glen Acres Golf & Country Club, I was responsible for the operation of the main (Member Services/Billing) office. Member billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, member services, and techincal support were all run and supervised by me within the main office. I supervised and trained two staff members and also supervised the transition of accounting services from an outside accounting company to Glen Acres' own bookkeeper. In addition to regular duties as Administrator, I provided help to the restaurant when there was need for setting up for or breaking down from events, filled in for the bartender, or helped with techinical support with the restaurant computers and software system.
